Phenomenal work and experience! He really cares about his customers! He made my sons Bday party amazing”It rained the earlier part of the day and he came back to dry it out without me reaching out to him. I literally teared up because I was worried about the kids getting wet, It meant the world to me! He also delivered the bounce house combo and chairs earlier than expected which was a plus. He cleaned off the chairs along with the bounce house. Everything was perfect and clean! Truly amazing company and business man!

If I could give more than 10 stars I really would. I have done business with Rich Kangz Entertainment LLC for the past 3 years, each year it only gets better. I’m a Mother before ANYTHING and seeing the smile and excitement on my child face brings me so much joy. Rich Kangz makes it HAPPEN with no excuses. Kangz has come through for me over these last 3 years & brought out the inner child in me lol. From bounce houses, characters, to table and chair rentals you name it HE GOT IT! we used them for a toddler bounce house rental for Christmas weekend. they were on time. set up was easy. they stayed in communication constantly even with the holiday. pricing was fair. bounce house was clean.

today was amazing. we had Spider-Man come out to my nephews 3rd birthday and let me tell you, once again, they did not disappoint. Spider-Man danced with my nephew the entire time and was great with the kids!!

Richkangz bounce house provided an awesome birthday experience for my daughter's 5th birthday party. His staff was professional, timely and friendly. They made sure to leave things like they found them. The equipment was well maintained and the custom provided over the top excitement for the kids. The snowcone machine and cotton candy machine was also a touch of added fun and easy to use. Will definitely use his services again.
